This is an incredible experience made affordable to ensure that our Club members are able to access a high quality summer enrichment camp that they will never forget. The Boys & Girls Clubs staff work diligently with partners and donors to secure funding that allows us to offer a discounted rate to our families ensuring they pay only a small portion of the $190 weekly cost required to offer the full-day summer experience for each child that we serve.

$50/week per camper; Space is limited and only (70) slots available each week. Registration is first-come, first-served, and subject to approval upon review of the submitted application. Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee acceptance of the application or enrollment into an available slot. Any payment made when registering is refundable if your child is not selected to enroll in the BGCGTC Summer program.

One week’s tuition is due at time of enrollment. Weekly camp fees are due every Monday morning prior to drop-off. Parents should prepare to make upfront payments for any week(s) registered, and should not anticipate that a slot will be reserved and/or approved without payment.

BGCGTC will charge a $25 late fee if payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday of the current program week, and child(ren) may be restricted from participation or membership cancelled with no refunds of any prior payment(s).

We recognize that this is the most challenging summer many parents and children will ever have faced, and that $50 per week may still present a challenge for some families. Those experiencing financial hardship are able to apply for financial assistance. Due to very limited availability, scholarship applications will be reviewed weekly and families will be notified as slots become available. While we strive to serve every family that looks to us for childcare, there is no guarantee that a scholarship slot will be available at the time of registration.  Only completed scholarship applications will be considered.  If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please complete the form here: FINANCIAL AID FORM.

For other financial aid questions, please e-mail: finaid@bgcgtc.org for more details.

For families signing up for the Military Sponsored Club Experience Program please complete the form provided here: MILITARY ENROLLMENT FORM

Parent orientations are mandatory prior to enrollment of a child into the BGCGTC Summer program. Orientations will be offered virtually on Thursdays and Fridays each week. If you are unable to make a scheduled orientation, please email branchinfo@bgcgtc.org or contact
817-720-9372 to make alternative arrangements.

Lunch and snack will be provided each day. Children are able bring their own food, but should do so in a disposable bag, with their name clearly written on it. BGCGTC staff are not able to allow children access to any microwave or warming devices, nor will they do so on behalf of the child.

To best manage the health and safety of our staff and the children served, at this time, BGCGTC does not intend to offer regular field trips. Should there be an opportunity to offer a field trip(s), parents would be informed in writing, and be required to submit a signed permission slip.

Due to the COVID-19, novel coronavirus, additional health screening protocols including daily temperature checks, and a health questionnaire will be mandatory and must be satisfactorily completed for any and all individuals prior to entering a Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County (BGCGTC) facility or program. Any information disclosed during this process will be safeguarded and maintained in confidentiality. While Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant will take added precautions to safeguard all staff and children in our care, by submitting an application for membership, each parent or guardian acknowledges that COVID-19, coronavirus could still pose a serious health risk to you and your family. The ability to safely serve every child is the number one priority of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.
